Primarily working from a Schema Therapy approach, Phoebe works closely with clients to gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of their current difficulties in order to create meanignful and long-lasting change in their lives.

Always adapting to the needs of each client, Phoebe also uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Beahaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused Therapy.

Qualifications & experience

Phoebe is a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the HCPC.

She qualified as a Psychologist in Australia with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Professional Psychology. She has worked across a variety of public and private settings in both Australia and the UK.

Phoebe values inclusivity and has experience working with people from many walks of life, including individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with varying abilities, and people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
